About development

The realization of the investment project has been planned in two phases. Phase I is currently in progress. Works are being performed in the part of the plot directly adjacent to Cystersow Str. In Phase I five buildings of an interesting form and diverse height are to be completed. The buildings of Phase I are situated around a spacious inner courtyard, thus creating a closed off and harmonious space.
