The Fashion House Outlet Centre - where foreign investors have accepted location of a big retail store for the northern part of Poland - became an example of such cooperation.

At present we finish apartment estate Olimp in Kowale. New flats and apartments are built at Świętokrzyskie estate, sited on 100 ha area between Świętokrzyska and Przywidzka streets in Gdańsk.
