The Ligota Park apartment complex is blessed with an exceptionally attractive location between Katowice's celebrated Ligota and Brynów districts. The project was inspired by the idea of creating the garden city that the Ligota of the 1930s was meant to be, an ideal residential enclave carefully laid out in accordance with modern town planning principles.

We have adapted the original idea to contemporary conditions and honed it to meet the requirements and expectations of today's Katowice residents.

Our overriding concern, while looking for an area to develop, was to create a special place that could offer its future inhabitants unparalleled living conditions and incomparable comfort.
