INVESTING is a developer company, active on the Polish market since 1995.

Area we develop is situated in a picturesque locality - on the border of Threecity amongst morainic hills, fields and meadows, close to the forest in the south of Gdańsk. We keep in mind that nature is a gift, therefore we respect it to maintain its value.

We aim to prove that dynamic development is possible when based on well-weighed and consistently implemented guidelines. Region development is a focal point for us. That's the basis of our thinking, the fundament on which we build our company - figuratively and most literally. The axis of our activity is urbanization and working on methods of investments financing.

Partnership is one of the key ideas in INVESTING. We cooperate with local authorities in realizing the infrastructure for our investments - and this is how we create activity area for our partners to achieve their goals.

The Fashion House Outlet Centre - where foreign investors have accepted location of a big retail store for the northern part of Poland - became an example of such cooperation.

At present we finish apartment estate Olimp in Kowale. New flats and apartments are built at Świętokrzyskie estate, sited on 100 ha area between Świętokrzyska and Przywidzka streets in Gdańsk.
