This complex of luxury apartments in Nowe Polesie is located between Pienista and Falista St. in Łódź.

The concept of the development will provide the construction of 10 five-storey buildings. Under the majority of the area there are one-level underground garages offering 395 park spaces. There are 347 flats designed. Four kinds of buildings of different sizes have been designed. Diversity of the proposed flats is to meet different demands of potential residents. The apartments of 29 - 120 sqm are planned. All the flats are state-of -the-art and practicably designed.

The layout can also be adjusted, to some extent, to the individual client's requirements. Some chosen luxury apartments will be made additionally attractive with the all-glass winter gardens. The others have terraces and balconies designed to provide the maximum exposure to light. The whole complex is finished off by refined details, as well as quality and resistant materials.
