Co-operation of WPBM "MÓJ DOM" S.A. with the Project Studio Lamber & Maciniak after once ended with a project combining balanced simplicity and modernity - in the result of which two multifamily buildings at 74 Mikołaja Reja St. in Wrocław were built. Well-thought-out solutions in the arrangement of new flats of Reja Gardens make it possible to realise many unrestricted ideas while finishing flat interiors by future owners.

The offers of flats deserving the name of true European penthouses with lots of glassing and huge soaring terraces situated on the last storey of the building are the unquestionable strength of Reja Gardens.

The entrance antechamber precedes every staircase. Lift transport adapted to the handicapped people was also situated in each of them. Garage and area around the building will be monitored from a lodge room 24 hours a day.

Around the area of land parcel, open-work enclosure supported on steel posts was planned in places where there is no enclosure in the form of building wall or any other wall. Entrance barrier was planned at the entrance of the area of the estate, and entries were provided in gates entrance.

Reja Gardens will be fixedly enclosed and protected 24 hours a day. Commercial premises with separate entries from the side of the entrance to the estate occupy some of the first storey. Within the area of the estate walking paths are planned with low and high greenness planted. Growing on a building site, magnificent and attractive old trees will be used. Arranging the greenness we tried to save and use as many trees and shrubs already growing on the terrain of land parcel as possible.

Reja Gardens border with the park square from the north-west side (Square of the People with the sign "P"), from the south-east side - with allotment gardens, creating the intimate and recreational climate of the direct contact with the nature.
Investments realized by WPBM "MÓJ DOM" S.A. in 2000 (81-97 Bolesław Prus St.) and 2001 (69-89 Mikołaja Reja St.) allowed us to think about this unique location as about the place joining functionality and sophisticated beauty.
