Quiet housing estate designed bearing in mind the young who want to live in their own flat. The first stage of construction will cover five buildings. Each one will accomodate flats ranging from 16 to 20 in number and one staircase. The flat size goes from 33 to 78 square metres with a given possibility of one's own arrangements and turn-key finish. The ground floor apartments will have adjacent gardens, with the higher storeyed flats coming with balconies. The housing site will comprise two playgrounds, onground and underground parking lots. The whole area will be fenced off in order to raise the residents' sense of security.
